  For those who have been into this restaurant & those who haven't been to this restaurant to know the Real Life of this Dodgy Low Life Guy Owner.
  
  This guy name is Mr Justin Lam who has been running this rest as a Dodgy rest for the last 3 yrs until now. However, This guy is a thief in WA who had stolen soooo many handy man goods from the Bunnings Store and ran to the country town of Ballarat Vic to purchased this Harry Limes Rest running as a Very Low Income & hiding Cash aside as an Economy Cash in hand.
  
  He has states that his wages only at $350 a week as $10 per hours rates & the girlfriend is working for $0 in this rest and they have had to eat "scraps foods & drinks" as they could not affords to buy their own foods..... that was totally un-shameful Bazza.....!!!
  
  On the other hand, this guy Can easily affords to Employment a private lawyers to helped him get away with paying his obligation CSA to his two poor young kids of whom he has abandoned since they only turned 5 months old until now without paying any support for them. ( the lawyers fees should be for his own kids needs instead but he has chosen No).
  
  He has done many Fraudulent statements to the ATO about this business & of course to the CSA Department of which he thinks he can get away with paying his kids support & tax purposes.
  
  Furthermore, he just recently states that he just Sold this rest to a friend or relative with a very small amount of which he has tried to avoid paying tax on the profit of this business and he has claimed to the central Link as a " parenting income" as he just has a baby girl and of course the girlfriend still working in this rest for cash in hand....
  
  Once again, he has brought into this world another Child with a different woman and he obviously did not treat his other two children like the ways it should be as a human been....... So What on earth did he bring another poor kid up to this country for???? So the Government will look after his kids instead of him ??
  
  If you can see & understand about how his 2 poor young daughters lives like you would probably kill this guy as he has been a Real bad to his own young kids in mentally & physically as a Father........ Event The Animal Can not treat their own kids like this man did....!
  
  Anyways, will wait & see what else will coming out from this guy mouth as he has NO shame in him at all and hopefully the Judgment from this country law will get him some days soon as he has done soooo many Frauds to the country & to his own poor young kids who are really deserve the Right treatment from their Father of which they totally Had None from this guy.
  What a Low Life Guy he really is....!!!
  So Please Customers, you should really have a second though before you step your foots into this bad Dodgy Rest which owned by this low life guy as he totally doesn't deserve your support at all. Please Help his 2 poor young daughters to fight back this guy so they Can get the Right Treatment from their Farther Hoods as it should be.

  If anyone of you had the chance to visit this Harry Limes rest and met the Dodgy Owner name Mr Justin Lam, Please ask him about the stolen goods that he has stolen from the Bunnings Store in WA.
  He has stolen so many handy man stuff from the Store and ran to Ballarat running this "Cash Economy" business to hide from his criminal from Perth.
  This restaurant is a Big Hiding Cash Economy in hand by the owner Justin and his girlfriend, she is receiving un employment benefit from Centre Link and working in this rest for Cash.
  Justin has states with ATO Department that he only Paid for himself $350 per week as wages..... and his girlfriend who is working for $0 ....... That was a Big Fraudulent from this couples.....
  Please be aware of those peoples who are should be ashame of themsefl instead thinking running this restaurant is a proud...... its absolutely shameful on them......
  Justin has abandoned his 2 young daughters since they gave birth until now & paid them $0.......
  Whats kind of the man is this ???? this Justin guy should be worst than an animal who cant treat his own blood right.......
  do you think you come to support someone like this Fraudulent guy ?????
  Please ask him about these kind of stuff as its a fair right for his own kids & the Bunnings Store in WA.

  We had dinner here recently and found a black hair in one of the noodles dish but the owner didn't accept the fact but gets cranky about it.and it was disgusting to see it that ways.
  
  Besides it was toooo expensive & wasn't that great foods either. They had tried to make it looks and sounds good but it wasn't like that at all. Just a pretending bit......Definitely not worth it for the $$$
  
  I and my family will not come back here for sure. Very very ordinary foods and dirty, feeling like we were in a dirty part of China town.
